Immer mehr Menschen nutzen ein Ferienhaus oder eine Ferienwohnung als Geldanlage. Ferienhäuser werden meist nur 2 Wochen bewohnt, dafür zahlen die Urlauber dann zwischen 300 und 1000 Euro. In Regionen wo auch im Frühjahr und im Herbst heisse Temperaturen herrschen kann eine solche Ferienwohnung durchaus eine rentable Geldanlage sein. Im Winter steht sie dann leer oder man kann sie selbst bewohnen. Ferienwohnungen in Kroatien oder in Dänemark sind bei Urlaubern ganz besonders beliebt.
